The Eucharist

The eucharist is the sacrament (an outward and visible sign of an inward and spiritual grace given to us) that lies at the heart of our lives as Christians.  It is celebrated here every Sunday.

The Church of England extends a welcome to receive Communion (the consecrated bread and wine) to all Christians of good standing who would usually receive Communion in their own churches.  If you have not been baptised or confirmed in your own church, you are welcome to ask for a blessing instead.

Communion can also be brought to anyone in their home who cannot make it to Church through illness.
